The team was born and literally lives the township and rural lifestyle.
Led by the founder of Wiredloop, Nkululeko Mvulana, the Wiredloop management team is made up of tireless warriors who believe in innovation and insight, foresight, commitment and their camaraderie is built on solid principles of professionalism, trust, teamwork and togetherness evident in the group founding values.
Lauren qualified with a National Diploma in Marketing in 2006 at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology where she had been enrolled since 2004. During the year 2006, Lauren was handpicked for the graduate learnership programme out of 5 other fellow students and soon stood out ahead of the pack as a leader which earned her permanent employment at Wiredloop in 2006. She is responsible for the administration and customer service imperatives in Wiredloop both from a new sales and existing vendor point of view. Lauren was also instrumental in the recent implementation of the Wiredloop sales agent programme which extends to all 9 provinces of South Africa. A live-wire and ever humorous hard worker, Lauren is a 23 year old born and bred Capetonian and lives in Crawford.
Thandi as she is fondly known, completed her National Diploma in Marketing at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology in 2007 and as part of her learnership on the job training programme, she worked at Wiredloop in the Sales and Marketing department. Thandi started in full time employment as a Sales and Marketing executive in January 2008. As part of her job, Thandi is responsible for outbound and inbound sales management, assisting in market research and assisting with all marketing and advertising campaigns at Wiredloop. Thandi is 23 years old lives in Langa and speaks Xhosa and English. She extends her time socially through community work for Love Life every Sunday. Thandi also enjoys a good book on occasion and the cinema tops her list of hobbies.
After studying towards a Management diploma at Peninsula Technikon, Hloni worked at Cellular Dynamics as a sales consultant in customer services from 2000 - 2001. He attended numerous technical support workshops with Siemens and Vodacare and subsequently entered the technical arena and headed up the technical support services and repairs departments at Cell-U-SA until he was recruited by Wiredloop in 2007. At Wiredloop, Hloni is responsible for customer care, resolution of technical queries, repairs and general customer sales management. Hloni recently participated in the ATMAFrica POS software and hardware support training workshop facilitated by Spectra Technologies of Hong Kong. He is an ex-Gautenger, a devout Muslim and speaks Zulu, Xhosa, SeSotho, Tswana and English. He is 32.
After studying towards a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Economics at University of the Witwatersrand, where he was awarded the prestigious “Golden Key International Honours Society Membership” award in recognition of outstanding scholastic achievements and excellence, Mzo was diagnosed with a chronic illness. This did not deter him from following his dream and ambition of being part of an innovative organisation with a vision that would better the lives of South African people at large. Mzo joined the Ster-Kinekor Group in 2004-2006 as the Complex Manager, after which he worked for Vutela Marketing, a corporate services entity as a Business Development Executive. Mzo joined Wiredloop at the beginning of 2008 and has never looked back. He is 26 and hails from the Eastern Cape.
